Accomodation of fifth person, if older than 5 years will be charged 5 EUR / day. Prices include: bed linen, towels, cooking and eating sets, expences for water and electricity, Internet, final cleaning and accomodation tax for each person. Grill may be used. Parking place for 1 car per apartment is assured. The use of air conditioning is not included in the price.
For booking 4 days or shorter, an additional 15% cost has to be calculated.
Apartments will be free for entrance at 14:00 first day and must be left before 10:00 of last day. The full cost of accommodation must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. Payment is accepted in cash only (no credit cards).
Prepayment (for booking confirmation): 20% of the offered price. We calculate net amount - without banks costs/charges .
Prepayment amount will be fully returned on already booked apartment if the cancellation takes place 30 days before the date of arrival.
